Why can't a terrorist attack be called a war? Why instead of the words "No to war!" need to shout "Death to Putin!"?

Putin ordered the takeover of Ukraine. As seen in numerous videos, cities are wiped off the face of the earth due to fierce resistance. The world rallied around Ukraine. Sanctions collapsed the ruble. The Russians went out to the shops, the Russians went out to the streets to chant, "No to war!". Are they asking or demanding? They ask to return the exchange rate of the ruble, goods and other benefits; Or do they humbly beg the killers to stop shooting hundreds and thousands of innocent people every day?

  Shouting "No war! No war!". they disperse and channel the forces of good in the wrong direction, diverting them from the only cause of this massacre - the sole will of the terrorist Putin. When Putin dies, there will be no one in the whole world who would dare to order this massive senseless slaughter of Russians and Ukrainians to continue, this slaughter without Putin will stop by itself.
   If you see someone with a knife chasing children in a kindergarten, or women in a maternity hospital, or he attacks your mother, you will not shout "No, don't! Don't fight, don't fight!", no matter how weak and timid you are, you will stand in the way of a non-human with your chest and crush this non-human without fear and hesitation! This is instinct, this is the highest law of life, this is the judgment of God, no human laws can cancel it! The Bible says that if someone has violated these God's laws, like Putin, then he must be immediately destroyed by the first comer, and if the first comer does not do this, then he is an accomplice of the evil. Of course, it would be nice to thoroughly interrogate this shaitan, but the risk of him escaping is too great, it is better to soak him in the toilet, even if he sits on a water closed pan (this is part of a citation from Putin himself).
   Shouting "No war! No war!", you only affirm the power of the shaitan Putin, showing each other how afraid you are to look evil in the eye and call evil to the judgment of God, which is in your mouth and in your hands. You are spraying the forces of good, instead of concentrating them, pointing them at the target, destroying the only cause of the massacre - Vladimir Putin!
   You cannot do it with your own hands, but the forces of good called upon by your prayer "Death to Putin! Death to Putin!" hear you, concentrate and inevitably hit the target in God's ways. These words spoken aloud by themselves cancel the power of Satan over you and over those around you. If you are arrested for saying "No to war!" , then you will be convicted according to Putin's law, without finding out the meaning of the words, formally, but if you are arrested for the words "Death to Putin!" they will be forced to investigate the cause and judge themselves.
   However, with the death of Putin, the struggle between the forces of good and evil will not stop. Thousands of Satanists-Putinists, thieves smeared with the blood of innocent victims, will not disappear anywhere. You will be palmed off with false words and false leaders, previously promoted for years and you will not recognize them.

   It is necessary to destroy Putin as soon as possible in order to save the lives of children and other innocents now ... the majority will die, unfortunately, from the consequences of the destruction already inflicted.

   The one who destroys Putin will not only be a national hero, his name will remain for centuries. Whoever he is, he must be forgiven for all the previous and generously rewarded, so that he, his children and his grandchildren have enough. Summon this hero instead of "No war!" write on the walls, pray, chant "Death to Putin! Death to Putin!" Kill Putin first of all in yourself, all his lies. Replace fear of him with hatred for him.
